How To Get Support From Paradigm
- Paradigm PASS Clients
PASS Clients can submit support requests directly from their
desktop. Right click on the PASS icon in your system tray,
and select "Submit Service Request". The requests
are submitted directly to our customer service system, and
your Paradigm support team is immediately notified of your
request.
- Customer
Portal
Log into our customer portal using the link at the top of
this page. From the portal customers can submit service
requests, request quotes, or search your personalized knowledge
base.
- Email
Support requests can be sent by email to: sr@paradigmcomputer.com
These requests are automatically added to are support system
and your Paradigm support team notified.
- Telephone
Support requests can always be called in to our offices

Emergency Support Requests
Emergency support requests should be called
in to 603-647-8614 for the most efficient response.
After hours emergency support requests should
be left in the support queue and a technician will be notified.
