The Apps We Can't Live Without!

As a technology company everyone here at Paradigm is addicted to their phone apps. We have a mix of platforms (which does cause for some interesting debates around here), our Executives Shawn, and Staci love their IPhones, while Tom M loves his Android Phone! Whether it’s an Android or an IPhone we all love our apps and have the ones we can’t live without!

Shawn: Evernote (https://evernote.com/) Shawn is the owner and CEO at Paradigm. He uses an IPhone, an Ipad, and a MacBook Pro. The app he couldn’t live without is Evernote, Evernote allows you to take notes from any device anywhere, and synchronizes the notes between the different devices. Shawn uses Evernote at meetings and just around the office so he can have all his notes in one convenient app. Evernote also has a feature called web clipper that takes as picture of a website and removes all the ads around it. Shawn uses this feature when he saves recipes that he wants to make for his family!

Staci: Run Keeper (http://runkeeper.com/) Staci is the vice president at Paradigm and she loves to exercise so her favorite app is Run Keeper. Run Keeper allows you to enter an activity that you are doing and it keeps track of your time distance and duration.

Tom M.: Kindle (https://kindle.amazon.com/) Tom M. is the COO at Paradigm he loves to read science fiction novels so naturally the app Tom couldn’t live without is his Kindle app!

Dyanna: Music ID and Gympact (http://www.musicid2.com/, http://www.gym-pact.com/) Dyanna is our service coordinator, she is the person who answers our phones and schedules your services. Dyanna loves her IPhone and she couldn’t live without the Music ID app. She scans songs that are playing in movies and TV shows and the app tells her what song it is. Equally important is her Gympact app, this app pays you whenever you go to the gym!

Our Systems engineers are all Android users and don’t let the rest of us forget it!

Peter: Flash Light (http://bit.ly/12Oi8wr) Peter is our senior systems engineer here at Paradigm and he cannot live without his flashlight app! Peter says that it comes in handy when you are looking for hidden wires under desks!

With the Connect Wise app he can access our clients contact information even if he doesn’t have an internet connection which is important when you are fixing networking problems. He also loves Dropbox. With Dropbox he can take a picture on his phone and upload it to any other device that has Dropbox!

In our helpdesk department Apple beats Android 2-1!

Dave: Audible (http://www.audible.com/) Dave is an IPhone user at Paradigm and can’t live without an app called Audible. Audible plays audio books right through your phone. Dave listens to this app while he is in the car and while he is walking his dog.
