Shawn Walsh (President)

Shawn started Paradigm Computer Consulting in 1994, but he's not your usual IT guy.
Most IT guys haven't been a Detective Sergeant for a police department or taught computer crime investigation. Most IT guys haven't been one of the first pioneers in the state of New Hampshire involved in computer forensics.
But Shawn has. He's worked for the Milford Police Department as Detective Sergeant in charge of the Detective Division. He also managed their IT department, and implemented their first computerized records management system.
If you know Shawn, you know that he's a teacher on many levels. At the NH Police Academy, he taught computer crime investigation to other officers. At Franklin Pierce College he has taught Computer Science classes as an adjunct faculty member.Today he helps clients create secure & productive working environments, while safeguarding their IT issues.
Today Paradigm Computer Consulting continues helping small businesses with their IT technical needs. Many small business owners would tell you that having Shawn in their corner helps them rest assured that their business IT issues are well taken care of.

Tom E. Mitchell (Chief Operations Officer / Senior Systems Engineer)

Tom Mitchell returned to Paradigm Computer Consulting in 2011 as a strategic addition to our senior IT team. Tom brings to us over 15 years of IT experience.

“Everything running smooth, everyone calm and getting along with minimal conflict…” When our clients achieve a smooth running operation throughout their entire IT Infrastructure, Tom knows we’re getting the job done.

David Martin (Help Desk Technician)
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts David Martin is a true native New Englander. Attending high school at Fryeburg Academy in Maine, David found an interest in competitive skiing and qualified as an FIS (International Ski Federation) Alpine Competitor. He excelled in sports and was a 3-Star Varsity Athlete for four years.
Academically, his favorite subjects are computers and economics – a good match here at Paradigm Computer Consulting. Mr. Martin went on to study communications and sports marketing while in college. Work opportunities, however, called him into full-time employment focusing on computer hardware and point-of-sale systems working 8 years for CBE Technologies. This is where the real education came for David; the school of OJT! He later took a position at MicroData where he earned his way up the IT ladder to become a Help Desk Engineer/Engineer 1.
David is the consummate “self-taught” computer engineering consultant holding 3 advanced certifications including CompTIA A+ Certified Professional IT Technician. He attributes his success to the many people he studied and worked with over the years.
Along with the support of his peers and coworkers, David moved his way up in the IT industry by working hard. He sums up his greatest professional accomplishment this way: “…going from working in a warehouse to becoming an IT engineer.”
Aside from work life, David is a very proud father who’s definition of happiness is simply “my daughter.”
